Imani Lanier is a designer who’s career has spanned over 22 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he grew up with a love of skateboarding and BMXing that laid the foundation for who he is today. Since then he has lived and worked in Hong Kong, San Francisco and New York for companies like Levi’s Red, Supreme NYC, Seven7 Jeans, Sean John, Nike Asia, Blue Marlin Sportswear, 2K, Selts Co. (Tokyo) and more. He has found his home as the founder and Publisher of WSTRNCV Magazine.

Jason Black
Jason Black is a writer and editor living in Honolulu. He grew up on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Over the past 20 years, he has covered music, pop-culture, and lifestyle for notable publications including Raygun, Bikini, Sweater, Revolution, URB, Planet, Surface, Stick, and many others. His greatest achievement was interviewing Scott Caan for the cover of WSTRNCV in September 2011.
He has a passion for graphic design, soccer, skateboarding and sleep.

Ward Robinson
Ward grew up in Northern California surfing Ocean Beach, building surfboards and playing music. His career behind the drums took him around the country in dirty vans. He has produced a TV show on surfing for Fox Sports, a renegade film festival in Sundance and several benefits for the Surfrider Foundation. He is currently a freelance photographer in Echo Park with clients including Vans, LA Times, LA Record, Foam, Flaunt and Universal Music.
He is a goofyfoot and prefers old Contax cameras.

Alice An is an editor, creative director, and producer working in the New York fashion and beauty industry. After moving from her home in Texas to work in the apparel design trenches, she realized that all she wanted to do was play dress up. So she made it her career. Now, she leads beauty teams backstage during New York Fashion Week, and uses her fashion and beauty know how to create styling magic for cool clients like Warby Parker, Skullcandy, Macy’s and DEX New York. She is also a regular beauty contributor for the NY edition of The Examiner.

Francis Ten
Francis Ten is an advertising executive, musician and entrepreneur living in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in Connecticut. After graduating with a M.S. degree in clinical psychology, he embarked on a successful musical career that has included signings to major labels including Island, Polygram, Virgin, Warner Bros and Sony. He also co-owns a boutique photo-retouching lab.
When not out on tour, Ten enjoys relaxing at home with his 10-year-old boxer Tony, who he rescued in 2002.
